Founded in 2010 by Mark and Chelsea Jacobs, His Chase Foundation honors their son, Chase Allen Jacobs, who passed away at birth. This profound loss inspired a mission to support children worldwide who have also faced unimaginable hardships, particularly those orphaned in Rwanda.
