Founded in 1971, Hingham Maritime Center, formerly known as the Lincoln Sailing Club, was established by passionate sailors dedicated to teaching the youth of Hingham the art of sailing. This organization has become a cornerstone of community boating in Massachusetts, providing affordable access to the harbor.
Over 10,000 participants have learned sailing and rowing, promoting self-reliance, teamwork, and physical fitness.
