Our Story

Founded in 1973 by Charlotte Heinrichs, the Deep Well Project is dedicated to providing clean, safe water and essential services to the Hilton Head Island community. Over the years, the organization has evolved to meet various emergency needs, assisting individuals and families with immediate support such as rent payments, food, and school uniforms.

Impact

Since 2010, the Deep Well Project has positively impacted over 11,000 children by providing uniforms and supplies, ensuring they remain engaged, healthy, and safe.
