Founded in 1988 by Marcia Walters, Hilltop Community Children's Center began as St. Canice Child Care Center. After acquiring the building from the Diocese, it was renamed to reflect its commitment to serving the families of Hilltop. The center has dedicated itself to providing quality childcare and early childhood education for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years.
As the only NAEYC accredited and Keystone 4 Star childcare center in the Hilltop area of Pittsburgh, the center plays a vital role in offering quality care and educational support to young children and their families.
