Hill Country Montessori School, Inc. began as a parent initiative to provide early childhood education to the Boerne community, succeeding St. Helena’s Montessori School founded in 1981. Since moving to its current campus in 2009, HCMS has expanded its programs to serve children from preschool through 8th grade, remaining committed to the Montessori philosophy and continuous improvement through professional development.
As the only AMS accredited Montessori school in the San Antonio metropolitan area, HCMS fosters independence, self-discipline, and leadership skills in students from preschool through 8th grade.
