Our Story
What began as a twelve-person community choir under the leadership of Mr. Ronnie Allen in 1980 has blossomed into a vibrant ensemble of nearly 90 singers. The Hibernian Festival Singers have captivated audiences both nationally and internationally, performing at prestigious venues such as Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, and St. Peter's Basilica. Their remarkable journey includes tours commemorating significant events, such as the 150th anniversary of the Great Hunger in Ireland and a Solemn Mass at the Vatican in Rome.
With performances at iconic locations like Notre Dame, Le Mont-St. Michel, and the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Chartres, the Hibernian Festival Singers have shared the stage with renowned artists, enriching the cultural landscape through their music. Beyond their performances, they have generously donated their time to community, civic, church, and Ancient Order of Hibernian functions, fostering a deep connection with their local and global communities.
