Founded over forty-five years ago by a dedicated group of parents and community members, Hiawatha Homes was established with a vision to treat individuals with disabilities as people first. The mission remains steadfast: to provide quality, loving, and individualized care for each person. Today, Hiawatha Homes supports approximately 80 individuals in Olmsted County, offering a range of services including residential care, respite care, family support, and in-home assistance.
