Our Story

Founded in 2007 by Michael Arkes, HHPLift emerged from a passion for helping others and a wealth of experience in the incentive industry. After volunteering at a social enterprise that produced soaps, Michael recognized the potential to connect socially responsible products with major corporations. This vision led to the creation of Helping Hand Rewards, which later evolved into HHPLift. The organization focuses on linking social enterprises with workforce development programs, creating pathways out of poverty for those facing employment barriers.
