Empowering Veterans Through Community Support

Founded in June 2021, Heroes Center Inc has taken significant strides in assisting veterans by fostering strong collaborative relationships within the High Point community. With a renewed focus under new leadership, the organization became a Fort Bragg Chaplain-sponsored entity in November 2021, working closely with the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) to ensure soldiers transitioning to civilian life have access to job opportunities and a supportive community.

In January 2022, the Heroes Center expanded its reach by becoming a legally approved support organization for The Wounded Warrior Battalion-East at Camp Lejeune. This partnership allows the organization to provide essential retreats and renewal opportunities for Marines and their families.

Making a Lasting Impact

The Heroes Center addresses the staggering challenges veterans face, including high suicide rates, unemployment, and homelessness, by offering transitional and emergency housing, food, and access to VA benefits education.
