Our Story

Founded in 1967 by a coalition of religious organizations, Heritage Housing Partners Corporation (HHPC) has been dedicated to providing affordable housing for low and moderate-income residents in Howard County, Maryland. Originally known as Columbia Interfaith Housing, the organization has evolved to manage over 200 rental units and various housing initiatives, fostering inclusive communities.

Our Impact

HHPC manages over 200 units of affordable housing and has sponsored numerous initiatives, including first-time homebuyer assistance. The organization has received recognition for its contributions to affordable housing, including awards for property preservation and community service.
