Helping the Behaviorally Challenging Child (HBCC) was founded by Debra Ann Afarian, who understands the struggles faced by parents of children with behavioral issues. Since 2007, HBCC has been dedicated to transforming the lives of children experiencing behavioral health challenges by promoting effective interventions that focus on connection, collaboration, and inclusion.
