Helping Paws Across Borders (HPAB) is dedicated to improving the lives of animals through free spay and neuter clinics in New Mexico and internationally. Founded by Angela Cherry, HPAB has been a beacon of hope for thousands of unwanted and abused animals for over 15 years. With a mission to control the overpopulation of stray animals, HPAB has treated over 9,000 animals at no cost, particularly focusing on Native American Reservations.
