Helping Overpopulation of Pets End, known as HOPE, is committed to the well-being and protection of animals in Brevard County, Florida. Through spay/neuter and Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) programs, HOPE works tirelessly to reduce the number of unwanted and stray animals.
