Our Story

Founded by Alan Evans, who experienced homelessness for over 25 years, Helping Hands Re-Entry Outreach Centers began in 2002 with a vision to provide support to those in need. With 11 facilities across Oregon, the organization focuses on trauma-informed, data-driven, and person-centered care.
