Helping Hands Outreach was established in 2002, evolving from a Living At Home/Block Nurse program to a vital resource for older adults and adults with disabilities in the Holdingford and St. Stephen communities. The organization focuses on essential services such as transportation, homemaking, and caregiver support, fostering community involvement and neighborly support.
