Our Story

Founded in 1965 by the New Mexico Council of Churches, HELP New Mexico, Inc. has been a beacon of hope for countless individuals and families. Governed by a diverse Board of Directors, the organization operates through three executive branches: the Office of Economic Empowerment, the Office of Learning & Academic Opportunity, and the Office of Finance and Administration. With 25 offices statewide and over 200 dedicated staff members, HELP New Mexico addresses the unique needs of communities across the state.
