Our Story

Hearts to Homes was established in March 2016 to support young adults transitioning out of foster care. Initially focused on a single agency, the program expanded to a second agency in May 2017, leading to the formation of Hearts to Homes as an independent charity in November 2017. Operated entirely by volunteers, the organization ensures that donations directly benefit young adults in need.

Impact

To date, Hearts to Homes has successfully assisted 749 young adults in their transition to independent living, providing essential furnishings that promote stability and reduce the risk of homelessness.
