Our Story
In 2013, Gregory and Bonnie Harrison jumped for joy after their first adoption in Ukraine. This moment ignited a passion to help more orphans find loving homes. After adopting four Ukrainian orphans, the Harrisons returned to Ukraine to create family-like settings for those aging out of orphanages. These young individuals often leave at age 16, unprepared for the harsh realities of adult life.
Our Impact
Since September 2018, Hearts of Hope Ukraine has been dedicated to providing safe havens for orphans in southern Ukraine. Without these homes, many young people face a grim future filled with drugs, trafficking, and despair. The Harrisons have adopted four teenagers and hosted many others, offering them love and support. With staff in Ukraine and Romania, the organization continues to trust in God's providence to meet the needs of these vulnerable youth.
