Hearts & Horses, a nonprofit therapeutic riding facility located in the scenic foothills of Northern Colorado, has been dedicated to changing lives for individuals with disabilities since 1997. This organization offers innovative equine-assisted services tailored to meet the diverse needs of the community, including children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, at-risk youth, individuals with dementia, and Veterans.
