Founded in 1977 as the Johnson County Soccer League, Heartland Soccer Association has evolved into the largest and most competitive youth soccer league in the United States. With a commitment to fostering youth soccer, the organization has grown from 600 players to over 55,000 youth players aged 9 to 19, uniting communities through the love of the game.
Every year, more than 170 soccer clubs participate in the Heartland League, engaging in spirited competition across Spring, Fall, and Winter leagues. With over 3,450 teams and 14 tournaments attracting 2,700 teams from 16 states and beyond, Heartland Soccer Association creates countless opportunities for youth to develop their skills and sportsmanship.
