Established in 2004 in North Atlanta, Healthy Youth USA began with the Charles Sharper Basketball Camp of Champions. Over the years, it has expanded its programs, including the After School Club launched in 2006, and has been recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since 2009.
The Healthy Youth USA Foundation has successfully provided youth development programs that promote healthy lifestyles and academic success, recognized as an approved Out of School Time provider by the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.
