Our Story
HealthFirst Bluegrass is a community health center dedicated to serving the greater Lexington area for over 30 years. Originally part of the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, it became an independent entity in 2015. With 16 locations, HealthFirst Bluegrass is committed to filling healthcare gaps and ensuring that everyone receives the quality care they deserve.
