The Health Services Center, Inc. (HSC) was established in December 1990 as an outpatient medical clinic dedicated to individuals infected with HIV/AIDS. Initially relying on volunteer staff and limited funding, HSC has significantly expanded its services over the years, now offering comprehensive medical care, mental health support, and substance abuse treatment. The organization rebranded from AIDS Services Center to Health Services Center, Inc. to reflect its broader mission and enhance client privacy.
