The Hawaii Animal Rescue Foundation (H.A.R.F.) is a dedicated non-profit organization located in Maui, Hawaii. Since 2011, it has embraced the philosophy of people helping animals and animals helping people, providing essential services on a 10-acre facility in Waihe’e.
