The Hawai'i Health & Harm Reduction Center is dedicated to serving the diverse communities of Hawai’i by addressing critical health issues such as HIV, hepatitis, homelessness, substance use, mental illness, and poverty. This grassroots organization focuses on those disproportionately affected by social determinants of health, including the transgender, LGBQ, and Native Hawaiian communities.
