Our Story

The Harvest Home Fair has a rich history dating back to 1806, when a farmer initiated an annual festival to celebrate a bountiful harvest. In 1939, the Cheviot-Westwood Kiwanis Club took over the fair, and in 2010, the Harvest Home Fair Association was formed as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to manage the fair and broaden community involvement.

Impact

Since its inception, the Harvest Home Fair has raised over $1.6 million, significantly contributing to local community projects, including renovations to parks and shelters. The fair attracts 15,000 to 18,000 attendees each year, fostering community spirit and engagement.
