Founded in 1905, YWCA National Capital Area is one of the oldest and largest multicultural organizations in Washington, DC. The organization is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

With over 200 families served weekly through its food pantry and a 94% completion rate in its Career Education and Training Center, the organization is making a significant difference in the community.
