Our Story
Founded in 2001 by Concord Church under Dr. E.K. Bailey, Harmony Community Development Corporation is dedicated to fostering affordable housing, business ownership, and social services. In 2007, Dr. Bryan Carter revitalized Harmony to enhance community impact through essential resources and programs. Targeting the South Oak Cliff area of Dallas and surrounding cities, Harmony aims to uplift individuals and families.
