Founded over 30 years ago by Tommy and Joann Tillman, Harbor Evangelism began its mission on the docks of New Orleans, reaching out to sailors from communist countries with the Gospel. The mission expanded to Thailand, focusing on lepers, and later to Mongolia, targeting nomadic populations. The Tillman family continues to lead efforts in these regions, aiming to spread the Gospel and provide support to vulnerable communities.
