Our Story

In 1990, Marty Moore sought volunteer opportunities but found it challenging to connect with community organizations due to his busy schedule as a young real estate broker. In 1993, he and his friends founded Make A Difference, aimed at creating volunteer opportunities tailored for working individuals. This initiative has evolved into HandsOn Greater Phoenix, the Valley's premier volunteer organization, dedicated to addressing critical community needs.
