Since 2006, this group has traveled to the region, providing vital medical and surgical care to underserved communities. The team includes surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and students who work tirelessly to deliver healthcare where it is needed most.

On average, 70-80 surgeries are performed each week, ensuring that patients receive the necessary care they cannot afford locally. Mobile medical clinics are set up in surrounding bateys, allowing for the distribution of medicines and treatment for various ailments.
