Our Story

Hamilton Center, Inc. was founded to address the urgent need for mental health services in west central Indiana, inspired by Katherine Hamilton's personal experiences with mental illness. Established as a community initiative following the Community Mental Health Centers Act of 1963, Hamilton Center has evolved to offer a comprehensive range of behavioral health services across multiple counties.

Impact

Serving approximately 13,000 clients annually, Hamilton Center provides a full continuum of mental health and addiction treatment services across 10 counties in Indiana. With over 650 dedicated staff members, the organization is committed to supporting individuals and families in their communities.
