About HALO Project International Foundation

Founded in 2013, HALO Project International Foundation emerged from the urgent needs expressed by foster and adoptive parents in Oklahoma. Frustrated with traditional parenting methods and counseling, these families sought a new approach to healing. In response, HALO developed a unique program designed to support and heal foster and adoptive families, leading to the establishment of a 501(c)(3) organization in December 2016.

Impact on Oklahoma's Children

HALO Project serves an impressive 240 families each week, providing essential support and connection. With over 70 families on the waitlist at any given time, the demand for HALO's services continues to grow. The organization has also trained over 2,000 child welfare professionals and educators, ensuring that vulnerable children receive the care they need.
