Our Story

The Haley Cremer Foundation was established in 2015 to honor the memory of Haley Cremer, who tragically passed away on Father’s Day, June 15, 2014. At the time of her death, Haley was preparing to enter her junior year at Simmons College to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. The foundation embodies her spirit of compassion and resilience.
