The Haki Community Organization was founded in 2018 by Mohamed Bahamadi, who experienced the challenges of transitioning from Kenya to the U.S. firsthand. This organization serves as a vital resource for East African immigrants in the Portland metro area, fostering a supportive and multicultural community built on hope and respect.
