The Haiti Library Foundation is dedicated to enhancing literacy and education in Haiti. Since October 2002, the foundation has been actively acquiring books and educational materials for the St. Vincent DePaul school in Plaisance, Haiti, and is working towards constructing a library facility to support educational initiatives.
With over 5,000 books, the Haiti Library Foundation sponsors after-school reading programs and funds a summer reading initiative that provides meals for children, significantly boosting literacy and education in the community.
