About Hailey’s Hope Foundation
Founded in 2007, Hailey’s Hope Foundation emerged from the heartfelt determination of families who faced the challenges of having a baby in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The journey began with Jeffrey Randazzo and his wife, Debra, whose son, Matthew, was born prematurely at 28 weeks. Tragically, the foundation was named in memory of Hailey, the daughter of board members Isaac and Donna Zion, who passed away shortly after birth. This organization is dedicated to providing essential support to families navigating the NICU experience.
Our Impact
Hailey’s Hope Foundation is committed to meeting the needs of parents and their critically ill babies during their NICU stay and transition home. By collaborating closely with families and NICU staff, the foundation identifies the most pressing needs and provides financial assistance, care packages, and emotional support. These efforts not only uplift parents but also enhance the quality of care for their babies, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages parental engagement.
