The H.O.W. Center was established in January 1992 in Beaumont, Texas, by Owens Davillier. This nonprofit organization was created to provide a safe and structured living environment for men recovering from addiction. By renovating abandoned properties, the center has successfully housed over 4000 men, offering essential services such as room and board, meals, and life skills training.
