Our Story
Guided Pathways - Support for Youth and Families (GPS) was established in July 2012, emerging from a deep commitment to parent-to-parent and peer support in King County. Following the adoption of the Mental Illness and Drug Dependency (MIDD) Action Plan in 2008, GPS was founded with the support of MIDD funding to provide essential services to families facing challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders. As one of only six family peer support agencies in Washington, GPS uniquely focuses on empowering parents and guardians, fostering resilience and recovery within families.
Our Impact
Since opening in 2013, GPS has positively impacted over 1,400 youth and families, delivering more than 7,000 vital services to those in need.
