Our Story

Founded in 1962 under the sponsorship of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Guardian Angels of Elk River has been dedicated to serving the older population of Elk River and its surrounding communities. With the opening of the Guardian Angels Care Center in 1965, the organization has continually expanded its services to meet the evolving needs of seniors, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and hospice care. Today, Guardian Angels serves over 3,000 individuals and their families each year across Albertville, Becker, Elk River, Otsego, and Zimmerman.
