About Guardian Angels of Elk River

Founded in 1962, Guardian Angels of Elk River has been dedicated to serving the older population of Elk River and its surrounding communities. With the support of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and local leaders, the organization opened its first nursing facility in 1965. Over the years, Guardian Angels has expanded its services to include independent living, assisted living, memory care, and hospice care, impacting the lives of over 3,000 individuals and their families annually.
