Our Story

Founded in 2002 by a dedicated group of hospice professionals known as "The Founding Angels," Guardian Angel Hospice is committed to delivering exceptional hospice care in Central Indiana. With a steadfast focus on professionalism, teamwork, stewardship, integrity, and service, the organization has expanded its reach and impact over the years. Today, Guardian Angel Hospice operates in Kokomo, Logansport, Lafayette, and Carmel, Indiana, serving an increasing number of patients and their families.

Our Impact

Guardian Angel Foundation offers vital bereavement programs, including The BRIDGe and Camp Angel, at no cost to grieving families. These initiatives are designed to help individuals, especially young people, navigate their grief and find healing after the loss of a loved one.
