Our Story

GROW Organization, rooted in the principles of Guidance, Resources, Opportunities, and Work, is a California-based public charity dedicated to empowering young adults from diverse communities. Formed from the Diversity, Mentoring & Scholarship Committee of the International Facilities Management Association of Silicon Valley, GROW was established to provide essential outreach, scholarships, internships, and mentoring in the fields of Construction, Facilities, and the Built Environment. This initiative aims to cultivate a workforce that reflects the communities it serves.
