Originating from an afterschool urban gardening initiative in East Wheeling, this nonprofit has evolved to support over 40 full-time jobs while fostering a network of small farm and food businesses. By empowering the community to celebrate and share its agricultural bounty, Grow Ohio Valley is transforming the local food landscape.

Grow Ohio Valley is not just producing food; it is cultivating a new generation of innovative farmers. The Public Market on Main Street serves as a grocery store, café, and year-round farmers market, ensuring that Ohio Valley’s small-farm products are available and affordable for everyone.
