Grizzly Youth Academy is a collaborative initiative between the California National Guard and Grizzly Challenge Charter School, dedicated to reclaiming the lives of at-risk youth aged 16-18. This structured program fosters leadership, cooperation, and academic skills, instilling self-esteem and confidence in its cadets.

Making a Lasting Impact

Since its inception in 1993, over 113,000 cadets have graduated, with more than 60% earning their GED or high school diploma. Participants have contributed nearly 8 million hours of community service, showcasing their commitment to personal growth and community betterment.
