The Grief Club of Minnesota was founded by Cara and Sarah, who both experienced the profound loss of significant family members during their childhood. Their personal grief journeys inspired them to become social workers specializing in death, dying, and bereavement, particularly in supporting grieving children and teens. With a combined 40 years of experience, they established The Grief Club to provide a safe and healing environment for families navigating grief.
