Our Story
The Gerry Dilger Equine Scholarship Foundation was established in memory of Gerry Dilger, a passionate horseman from Co. Clare, Ireland. After moving to America at 19, Gerry founded Dromoland Farm in Lexington, Kentucky, where he dedicated over 26 years to mentoring aspiring equestrians. He welcomed more than 65 young individuals into his farm, sharing invaluable knowledge and skills that shaped their careers in the horse industry. Gerry's legacy is built on hard work, honesty, and kindness, values that continue to inspire the next generation of horsemen.
