Since 1987, Community Crossroads Center has been the only emergency shelter in Pitt County, dedicated to providing safe housing and supportive services to those experiencing homelessness. This vital organization has remained operational through numerous challenges, including a global pandemic, thanks to the generosity of individuals and groups.

With over 14,000 annual bed nights and a capacity for 98 residents, the shelter has been a beacon of hope for over 34 years, assisting individuals in transitioning to permanent housing and stable living situations.
