Our Story

Greens Do Good is a registered 501c3 nonprofit, part of the REED Autism Services family, established in 2019. Located in Hackensack, NJ, this innovative hydroponic vertical farm provides meaningful job training and employment opportunities for teens and adults with autism. By focusing on sustainable and socially responsible food sourcing, the organization addresses the high unemployment rate among individuals with autism.

Impact

Since its inception, Greens Do Good has delivered nearly 1,000 hours of work-based learning experiences to 50 participants from 10 different districts and private schools. This initiative significantly enhances the employment landscape for individuals with autism, fostering independence and community integration.
