Our Story

Founded in March 1995 by Jennifer Kuntz, Greenleaf Job Training Services began as a response to the challenges faced by students with disabilities in retaining summer employment. With a background as a job coach in the special education department, Jennifer recognized the need for ongoing support. After working independently with youth job seekers, she established Greenleaf to bridge the employment gap. Over the past 29 years, Greenleaf has empowered thousands of job seekers of all ages, fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
